The BC StrengthThruster 3.0is the best way to perform the hip thrust exercise, which is the most effective way to increase the strength and size of the gluteus maximus for enhanced sports performance. The BC StrengthThruster 3.0 allows the use of resistance bands, free weights or a combination of both to create the biggest challenge to the glute muscles.
The BC Strength Thruster 3.0 improves on the previous 2.0 model with the addition of a rounded back pad, an adjustable back pad height, and the abilityto add an optional Rotating BackPad, which also acts as a Nordic Ham Curl attachment.
The BC StrengthThruster 3.0is a standalone unit built to a commercial quality. The incorporation of the bench within the BC StrengthThruster 3.0reduces the risk of injury to the trainee from movement of an unsecured bench.
Please note that no Bar, Plates orResistance Bands are included with this purchase.

Love it, very sturdy and the rotating piece is a plus. About to try to do hypers with it, I think I’m able to do that. Got the bands and use them instead of bar for Bret’s workouts, just more portable and it still burns! Happy to have this piece for my booty journey ❤️
The Rotating Back Pad

The Thruster 3.0 comes with a Rotating Back Pad. This is interchangeable with the standard Thruster 3.0 rounded back pad.

The Rotating Back Pad offers a unique, complementary hip thrusting experience. With yourback resting on the pad, and the torso hinging around the bar, the erectors are removed from the equation and the movement is felt mostly in the glutes.

The Rotating Back Pad can also be used to allow for Nordic Ham Curls. Simply rest this across the unit, kneel on the pad, and fix your feet/heels under the standard back pad.
Adjustable Back Pad Height

Both the standard back pad and the Rotating Back Pad are height adjustable from 14.5" to 17.5".

Simply set the back pad at the desired height, and then insert the pin.

Once the pin has been inserted then you can lock this in place.
